Good News Nomads! September 10 was officially declared as a non working holiday by the Palace. The holiday declaration on Eid"l Fitr was signed by the President last Thursday under Proclamation No. 26. Golden Mosque in Quiapo Manila Eid"l Fitr, an Islamic festival of renewal, reconciliation and peace that marks the the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
