I have been invited to the launch of Zing Rewards a few weeks back and discovered something interesting. Zing Rewards aims to redefine loyalty programs to make it an amazing experience for cardholders. I have to admit that I am a bit skeptical, primarily because I have been a member of several rewards program already.
