Scarlet Ortiz, born Hevis Scarlet Ortiz Pacheco, is a popular Venezuelan actress known for her roles in telenovelas "Yo soy Betty la fea," "Todo Sobre Camila," and "Dulce amargo." She made her acting debut in a children"s show "Nubeluz." She represented Sucre in the Miss Venezuela 1992 pageant.
