Last November 2012, Baguio City Flower Festival Organizers launched Panagbenga Festival 2013 with the theme "A Blooming Odyssey". According to Anthony de Leon - the co-chairman of the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Incorporated (BFFFI), the Panagbenga Festival 2013 or the Baguio Flower Festival will be 18 years old this February and it"s going to be a special festivity.
