International Canadian Pop Star Justin Bieber visited Tacloban City to perform for free and play basketball with young survivors of Typhoon Yolanda. As part of the #GiveBackPhilippines campaign, Bieber sang Christmas carols in front of the typhoon survivors at Tacloban City Central School.
