After 9 years, I finally got the chance to revisit Naga City for Around Bicol in 30 Plates food tour sponsored by Biggs Diner. From my previous visit in Naga City, Ive seen a lot of improvements and new establishments and one of them is the new Boutique Hotel called The Avenue Plaza Hotel.
