Kampong Buangkok, or Luónòng Wàn Guó Cūn, is considered as Singapore"s last remnants of kampong life in the island-state. Founded in 1956, it is a harmonious mixture of Chinese and Malay homeowners living in Hougang, in the north eastern region of Singapore.
