The team from Western Institute of Technology Iloilo is the Overall Champion of the 9th Goldilocks Intercollegiate Cake Decorating Challenge. The on-the-spot competition was also participated by Far Eastern University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Pangasinan State University, St Anne College of Lucena and Gabriel Taborin College of Davao.
