Another opportunity came along last week for a food review at Liberty New York Steakhouse. The restaurant is located at the 2nd floor of the UP Town Center where I had another meaty discovery. This is not my first time to be at the UP Town Center, a lifestyle hub in the middle of Quezon City, having visited another restaurant the first time I was here.
