At least two domestic flights were canceled due to bad weather Sunday, the Manila International Airport Authority said. The MIAA said the two flights belonged to Cebu Pacific. They included: 5J-893: Manila to Caticlan 5J-894: Caticlan to Manila Several parts of the country were rainy on Sunday due to the Southwest Monsoon.
